Anne Maya’s love of cooking was passed down to her from her father, who was born in India. What began as a hobby, soon became a new way to experience different parts of the world. She believes cooking is a time to take risks and try new ingredients and combinations of flavor.
In her free time she enjoys learning foreign languages, photography, visiting international grocery stores and music from the 1940s. She has visited 25 countries, so far, and is always planning her next trip.
